i am too wondering how he gave loan to op? are they connected or lender is a beginner?. did they had private talks? he didnt even asked legit things by a lender as mentioned above?. op even offlined.

You cannot ask the maximum value of the account as a loan because it would be hard to sell the collateral in case of a default.

If you reduce the amount to 0.003-0.004 this loan might be funded but it isn't needed since someone already lent you the amount you requested.

You need more than a Member account for 0.02 BTC. Offer another collateral so lenders will notice your loan request or it will be ignored because of insufficient collateral. Offer Altcoins if you have.
