so what just because i wanted to see if something would go for auction and it didn't take

That means you don't have any attachment to the item.

You will send your collateral and get your loan.

When it comes time to buy the item back, you may just choose to abandon your account.  :/

The lender has the added task of having to sell your collateral to recoup his loss.

That is why I don't view you as trustworthy.

You are 100% correct in stating the obvious yet again...
However, I have done no wrong and considering these specific circumstances
I'm at a minimum offering something that will exceed the loan value...
This is how this should have played out
There is 3 scenarios that could happen here

1) lender x gives me .16-.2 loan after he recieves and verifies my collateral
And in 5 or so weeks he is paid back and returns collateral.

Or

2) lender x gives me .16-.2 loan after he recieves and verifies my collateral.
And in 5 or so weeks I say to him sorry man something came up and I need 2
More weeks to pay, he gets paid and returns collateral.

Or

3)lender x gives me .16-.2 loan after he recieves and verifies my collateral.
And in 5 or so weeks I haven't paid or contacted, he says we'll shit that dude didn't pay me back
It's a good thing I have this collateral to sell to recover my losses and I'll mark his account as an untrustworthy
Individual

In no case should you have marked me PERIOD

so what just because i wanted to see if something would go for auction and it didn't take, and i say to someone, here can you hold these items for me, provide me a loan for x amount and for x amount of days ill pay you back and look if i happen to fall in shit you can just sell those to reclaim your loss....
ill tell you now, i have about 3000 cards all worth anywhere from .025¢ to $80.00 and i'm intending to sell as much of that as i can for a profit and are also listed on other parts of the interwebs, which in no way shows i have any intention to manipulate anyone who would lend to me, and sad to say the culture here on bitcointalk is seemingly unfair to say the least.
further more because or the almighty vod who thinks hes some kind of god who not thinks he has the entitlement to do what he does, there is a lot of cases that he chooses to preside over which are not justified.
in any case my last red was with me for many months and i'm certainly not interested in arguing over it.
-trust on my accounts renders it virtually useless so really it can just stay that way.

see ya later, or not.

EDIT: also the time frame in which i needed things to happen has elapsed so i no longer need this regardless.

Also it is unfathomable to me why you are all so quick to accuse
Before evidence is available to show a wrong doing. So fuck you
All.
As a full member rank, all you had to do is to take time and understand how things are really done on this part of the forum before making request for a loan which in this case you have failed to do and it has landed you red on your account making it far more anything else other than being worthy because even if you try to make a sale, that is definitely going to stand as a stumbling block.

Because look at the amount of scammers opening loan requests everyday, you will notice neither one of them have intentions of paying the loan back.So it comes naturally if a person is asking for a huge loan amount without offering anything substantial, they're scammers.
Putting something for auction and using it as a collateral at the same time raises red flags obviously.

For starters, 0.16BTC is $430 USD which is far from the collateral you offered which is $160. Even if you were to offer all the pokemon cards, I doubt it would reach $500USD and with such a collateral, anyone would require at least $700 worth.

I doubt anyone would be interested in buying those cards if no one has bid in your auction[1]. Looks like you are planning to sell it instead of returning the loan and getting your collateral back.

If you somehow think I offered $160 in collateral then you need to take more time
In evaluating a post before opening your mouth.

Kindly apply in the below thread. They are into loan providing service and get this solved. Communicate with them and you may get the loan as required.

yes, actually....
1). pawning rarely gets you 50% value of any item you give them
2). a technical "pawn" shop is illegal in my jurisdiction.

these cards are from pokemon™ sun & moon guardians rising, steam siege, and primal clash expansion.
its actually a lot of them, 45 to to be precise ranging from $70 each to $5-$10 each.
7 of which cover $230 in value.
these 3 here will bring in $150-$160

im seeking .16-.2 btc loan(dependent on market rate at time of an agreement).
time period for payback will be 4-6 weeks.
payback will be at 2 week intervals
interest to be negotiated.
you can secure with collateral, with escrow but must be u.s. based
this will be ultra and hyper rare pokemon tcg cards which can be sold online in case of a default.
i will need this before 8/1/2017

So... what is this "ultra and hyper rare  pokemon tcg cards"? Is that all you have that can be used as collateral?
