The biggest hurdle you will be facing is the transaction fees of bitcoin and i am certain that people wont be willing to shell out more money for transactions, what you have to do is give people the option to use any currency and then you could make a successful business.

Actually your idea is a good one.
But actually, in my region many people are not yet known to bitcoin.
You can check the percentage of users usi g bitcoin in your locality
Can i know your location so that i can think about investing and taking part in your idea?
But, this idea cant work for long time because of the unstable price of bitcoin and huge transaction fees.

Very good idea, but the problem is direct trade with Bitcoin/Altcoin is not allowed in India by Govt currently. [indian virtual currency law/rules is not certain about direct trade with bitcoin/altcoin in india.]
You can go with same concept with Fiat currency instead of BTC.
10% charge/fee is too much it should be 2% with capped by min. and max.
Previously i tried e-commerce website but not succeeded, I may think of joining your project, if you have good plan for it.

Your idea is good but i suggest you to go for creating a new coin for the payment system and what payment system you are suggesting is not proper , their should be the payment system as instant or like localbitcoin exchange type where the coins will be help in escrow and as soon as the transaction gets clear the payments also gets clear.

Well I like the idea about olx and this time its with bitcoin angle . But I am not sure if you are planning in the right time since there is no clarity and btc is still in grey zone. What are the chances that govt gives a go ahead to btc and other virtual currency at this point is really doubtful. Till things get cleared I doubt about the future of btc especially in India.

Guys

im going to start a site similar to olx but completely bitcoin based online secure payments, i know marketing as well already had the complete idea

its like olx, and people can buy online for that item and we then provide seller's address and contact so buyer goes and collects item

once buyer collects item from seller he comes back to the page and hits acknowledge saying he received item now we cut around 10% and send 90% amount to buyer in btc to his address .

this is broad idea of system
