Last week ark worked fine on my Nano S ledger with my bitcoin wallet to open it up (on my mac desktop, using the bitcoin wallet app). Now it will not open. I clicked settings and "browser support" to "off". I tried to delete the app from my applications folder, but did not realize that I had to RIGHT CLICK in order to f#@king delete the wallet properly from Google FREAKING Chrome. NOW I can not even look at an icon of the app in my app folder (or dock) because the app is deleted but yet it is NOT REMOVED FROM CHROME. How do I freaking remove this dumb app from chrome so that I can reload it if I CAN'T SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!? I know what I should have done was right-click on the app, but I didn't realize that chrome embeds it and now I need to know how to delete it properly. I'm a normal human being who doesn't use my comp all that much, but I'm not an ignoramus.
This is such an inconvenience, if this is not easy to fix I will sell this product and get a different brand. I had a great trade to make tonight, not going to happen.....you might ask yourselves Nano what you can do to simplify the process. Why all the fuss with google chrome?
OR, better yet, is there another app that would work better?
