You been looking to "reactivate" your website for months. Why dont you do it yourself without asking for a loan? It is a clear sign already from your previous request that you have no respect to financial obligation and think its all free money. If you havent gotten a loan before, you wont get one now, especially since you havent provided valid collateral.

Looks like you are not asking for a loan but trying to sell your account at high rates, The accounts you mentioned here don't have much value, better you provide something else as collateral which is worth 120% of the loan amount and easily liquifies in case of default.

The Collateral that you offer is not worth the Loan Amount that you are asking.
