For the time being, I would say magicaldice's campaign(they count nearly every post, at least they used to), bit-x campaign (due to unlimited posts) and if you are accepted, coinoindex campaign(which is AFAIK not available for new participants, so a bit low chance there).
Playtodos was too doing good until they closed.
Lastly having a look at your post quality, I don't think many signature campaign would deem you as a good poster, so Magicaldice: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/magicaldice-signature-campaign-earn-up-to-015-btc-per-weekclosed-1167837 is currently the best one for you.
As for campaign manager coming to you until you either :
1) Are on default trust
2) Accept low rates
3) Make quality posts
4) Make many posts , not much quality but are reasonable according to the discussion
5) Are a popular person in bitcointalk

I think you will receive more offer if you can include your price along with your opening thread, you will attract more interests. 
By looking on your post history, It's quite difficult to got accept high rate signature campaign these day

I don't think they will come to you, atleast that's how I think it works. You need to post on their thread to get a response. That's how they keep track who is in their campaigns and who are not.
Usually they will looking for best quality poster or member with limited edition such like member on DT or member with a lot of green feedback
