Exactly what would you want that account for anyway.
It could have 10x the amount of followers but i still cant see much of a use for it unless those followers are in the bitcoin community, even then it would only be good for contacts but they also must want to talk to you first.

I have to warn to be careful. This user made note that he would be willing to sell the twitter account for $5, so this shows that using it for collateral is not a big deal for them because they have no incentive to pay it back. Just be careful and be ready to keep a twitter account if he does not want it back.

OK that's why we need the collateral usually, if he don't pay so the lender can easily selling the Twitter account especially if it's having good amount of followers and good audit it would worth more than 5$ surely.
