The guy has actually paid back nearly the whole loan. I assume he'll pay off the remaining little bit sometime soon. He's put forth really nice effort into paying back this loan and it seems to be a case of simply not having the necessary funds to do so on time. I would not hesitate to loan to him if I was okay waiting forever to get my money back.
