That would largely depend on services available in your country. Swift and Revolut are available world wide, if I'm not mistaken. In my country we can also use Zelle (which is marginally safer than PayPal,) Strike (which is fairly safe but limited,) and TransferWise. There are others, but those are the ones I've used.
The thing is If I buy locally I end up paying 7% premium as my country sucks.

I need a longterm trusted seller I will start with 500$ amount and slowly keep increasing purchase upto 5000$.
Only thing I can only pay via any giftcards amazon or paypal.

You don't need a trusted seller to accept PayPal, you would need to be a trusted buyer for someone to be willing to accept your PayPal. Good luck with that. Not to mention, only a complete neophyte or a potential scammer would still be using PayPal to buy crypto in this day and age. You've been around long enough that I don't think you're a complete neophyte, so why are you still using PayPal when there are far more practical and trustworthy payment providers?
