Yeah, to give a decent answer, we need to know how payments are being processed.   Is it bitpay, coinbase, daemon, etc.

Wait, why not just use bitpay which just take a couple mins to setup.

I mean its pretty straight forward for them to pay when they checkout in your store. I rather just have bitpay take care of everything.

Do you plan to sell only in Texas, or in all of the states?  This could really be a good business, and you can announce it here on the forums for some free advertising.  Also once you get your shop up and running try to ping coindesk and other media outlets to do a story on you.  Good luck and I hope to buy a computer from you in the future using bitcoins.

Is BitPay or other payment processors out of the question? I don't see how having a site on Tor or clearnet would make a difference to you at the time of accepting payments. Does BitPay leak some information I am unaware of? Or is it against their TOS?

BitPay charges a fee AFAIK.
If he/she does this alone they save on that fee.
They can even take advantage of that small fee percentage and offer it as a discount to their customer.

Their TOS also says they can close your account whenever they wish and they pull background checks and credit reports on new members. If you are selling on TOR you can almost guaranty that they will find a reason to close your account.
So much easier to just do it yourself. As S4VV4S mentioned generating a large amount of addresses and putting them in a DB is a good way to go. If you are going to be using blockchain.info API for checking transactions you might want to consider using their Receive Payments API as well so you don't have to generate a bunch of addresses and all payments will get forwarded to your address for free. https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive

I am assuming that you will not be having any hot wallets.
The best way to go is to generate a large number of addresses and then enter them in a database.
Then when an order is submitted (or new customer if fixed deposit address for each) you will automatically grab the first available address (one that was not used) and tie it to the order/customer no,
and of course give it to the customer to make the payment/deposit.

You can then just check if any transactions made to any address using blockchain info API: https://blockchain.info/api/blockchain_api

Hope that helps Smiley

EDIT: I know I do not need to mention this but just in case, DO NOT enter ANY private keys in the database.
You keep all private keys in your wallet and make sure it is well secured.
