Thank you everyone for your help. I will consider them all.

For now, I think I should first start by promoting my own skills (programming/development) to see how capable I am in marketing.

you are looking for advice about that site, but you have not publicly published the address. you are hiding it for some reason, it seems like you are not confident enough about the quality of your work.
from the point of view of marketing, it is completely wrong. marketing means that you need to spread information and introduce people to what you offer.

Post here links to your website, you will certainly get more suggestions and pieces of advice.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
So you guys think I should launch it alone?

Something like that, you haven't mentioned payment or how the helper or partner will get a share, so I assumed your post doesn't contain a mutually beneficial offer. So I suggest you start yourself first as above and please be more transparent and detailed, offers of help and contributions I think will come with time.

Good luck.

Block halving is coming.
If it's a crypto-based platform or service why not post it first in the announcement thread as your first launch then go to the services section and make another thread with the title that you are looking for someone who can promote your website?

No one will take this job if you don't offer payment so make sure you have a budget.

Or your last hope promote it with your own through SEO you can learn it it's not hard to learn them check this link below

I think you have to open most details in the public to see if everyone is really interested on it so, you both save time by having to pitch most details by the project you're making.
If you have no marketing skills, for sure those that with experience from the forum will give you some heads up and free marketing advise if ever they'll see your project but since you're limiting the information and you want people who want actual interest on it, it may take time for you to find one or the scenario will be like, they'll be interested to know it and then when they find most details after your PM, they'll lie low.

You can include your site URL on the OP and ask for recommendations. Community feedback will always be a important coz it's your potential clients/users.
Many services who accept community suggestions and take criticism always stands longer than any other, well, "bussiness focused, but people centric"
You can call it pre-launch promotion just like posted above,

What is backing you down from posting the link openly if it is already ready?

Nothing, it is just not feeling right to do it before launch.

You can think of it as a pre-launch promotion since that's also a thing. You could get better feedback from the community and additional exposure for your website. If it's really good like you described, it's possible to get some people keeping an eye on it as well. I suggest get the website to have some basic information about what you will be offering and a way for people to get updates thru email.

Just post an announcement about your site here or here if it's about altcoins, it's a first step for site visibility. I don't know what it is, if it turns out that your site is quite helpful in the bitcoin ecosystem and without expecting commercial returns (non-profit), usually you will get voluntary campaign offers from several people in this community.

So you guys think I should launch it alone?

Launch it and improvise along the way, how can we make recommendations and suggestions if we don't know what the site is all about, or even its niche, when it comes to marketing there are platforms that are Cryptocurrency related that allow you to promote your site, Bitcointalk, for example, offer free advertising by creating announcement about your project and you can promote your project in your signature space once you rank and you are allowed to display a banner in your signature.

That certainly depends on the scope of the site and what they offer. If it's just a blog or info site, you can certainly handle it on your own. But if the project is larger, a partner would certainly not be bad. But beware, there are many scammers in the bitcoin market. Good luck for your project.  Smiley

Hello guys,

I am a developer, recently, I developed a website that we are missing in Bitcoin world for some time now. (I can give more info in private)

But as a programmer, I lack marketing skills, so I can't launch the website all alone by myself. I want your advice on how can I get help or partners. A guy who can trust me and I can trust him. someone who wants to start a new business and knows about the Bitcoin market. (The website itself is already done and I can present a demo).

I tried Reddit, but no luck, it is really restricted for crypto and these kinds of posts (because of scams probably).

Please note: I don't ask for any kind of investment or payment.

What's so hard about launching a website? Just send the files to the server? You are a dev you should know that. Marketing is a tough topic but you need to have a working product first so you can market it. It seems to me that you want to attract hundreds of people right in the first day. That's not going to happen. You are not CZ, you are not SBF. You are lucky if have a couple of players (wait were you developing an online casino lol), in the first week.

The best way to advertise in this forum is through signature campaigns but it requires a strong budget and only a long term campaign will give you noticeable results and build your brand in the forum. Also, you may start with a review campaign initially if the project is in development phase. I may help you if you want to do this.
