Better proccessor means you can do multitasking easily and smoothly, Good graphic card, you will game easily like you mention you like to play Counter strike, for that good graphic card is neccessary.

go with lenovo brand and increase your cost upto Rs 30k.

flipkart is good but check thoroughly once get in your hand b'coz they have full refund policy for limited time depends upon seller and products
