I don't really understand your post here, do you mean you don't want to spend any money at all, or you just don't want to be paying in cryptocurrencies? If it's the 2nd option, since it's a fairly easy website, and you are touching user's information or doing anything related to money - just go on fiver, and find some developers that would work with the budget you have in mind, and then get to it, I wouldn't expect to be paying more then 1,000 for the website.
1. Make sure you use a proper hardware wallet. Ledger Nano, Keepkey are good options for that. Check it yourself what suits you. Store your coins there and you wont have to keep storing private keys anywhere else.
2. Never send coins to anyone whom you talk to in the internet. Scammers are everywhere trying to use confidence tricks to lure you into sending them money first. They may even tempt you to give them say 0.01 BTC and promise a return of 10 BTC. Seems tempting? Its actually a scam to steal your 0.01 BTC.
3. If you use Telegram make sure to keep your Settings with privacy setting to the maximum. Scammers are rampant in Telegram these days.
4. Do NOT trust anybody on the internet, not even in this forum. < Paranoid but its true if you want to keep your money safe.
Last but not the least good luck on you sports prediction aggregator site. Make sure you set up referral links to get traffic and some passive income!
If you have any other questions feel free to ask. I will try to answer as far as my knowledge goes.
This is sorta useless. He/she isn't going to be needing a ledger wallet for an enterprise that doesn't touch user funds (imagine a coinmarketcap type website, for sporting and gambling news).
Good luck OP, it won't be that hard to set up - but it'll be very hard to get off the ground. Expect to spend a lot, a lot of money marketing, doing SEO and getting users to use your platform.
