What do you mean "not order to get scam"? You want a paid service right away after you build the site and shares your analysis?

Create a site using a famous site builder with free hosting as a start. Making blogs will work too. From there build it up and add some useful contents on the site. Advertise your site on a sports section at any forum. That will take a long process before you can get a nice visitors and good impressions so you just need to continue.

I don't really understand your post here, do you mean you don't want to spend any money at all, or you just don't want to be paying in cryptocurrencies? If it's the 2nd option, since it's a fairly easy website, and you are touching user's information or doing anything related to money - just go on fiver, and find some developers that would work with the budget you have in mind, and then get to it, I wouldn't expect to be paying more then 1,000 for the website.

This is sorta useless. He/she isn't going to be needing a ledger wallet for an enterprise that doesn't touch user funds (imagine a coinmarketcap type website, for sporting and gambling news).

Good luck OP, it won't be that hard to set up - but it'll be very hard to get off the ground. Expect to spend a lot, a lot of money marketing, doing SEO and getting users to use your platform.

Based on the specifications you provided, I don't think that you require a heavy budget for the project as this project can be achieved in WordPress without any plugin.

You can try finding someone who accepts fiat as in PayPal or some other service so you wouldn't have to touch your investments in the cryptocurrency.

The forum is fraud-ridden, so be sure to find a developer with ample experience, a portfolio to back them and always pay for milestones, rather than paying 100% in one go. Don't trust newbie accounts and users with no feedback to back them.
