I've never heard of a virtual prepaid debit card. I remember about ten years ago I bought a gift debit card. And I was able to put any name and address that I wanted. Does this work the same way?

Could it be possible that Spotify bases your location with your IP instead of the payment method?
Have you tried simply using a VPN and pay normally?

If you did and really need a US card, you should head to the digital section like Fortify said.

You would probably do better asking for this in the Digital section of the market place, if the sellers are able to find it would certainly help. Stick a [WTB] in front of the thread title - there are a few spotify and prepaid card sellers over there.

I guess you will be able to get coinsbank virtual card for this purpose. I have not tried it with purpose you have mentioned here. Still, I guess coinsbank's virtual card will suit you as it could be funded with bitcoins and they are highly reliable to account with.

Hi.
I had an US free spotify account, decided to try the 3 months for $1 after they sent me an email, used my neteller virtual prepaid card and since those cards are UK issued, spotify changed my account's country to the uk. Now, I want to switch it back to US, but the only way to do this, is using an US issued card or a US Paypal. my paypal is not from the US, which is why I'm trying to find a way to get a US prepaid card. most of the virtual cards that you can fund with bitcoins are either UK, Europe or Gibraltar issued.
Does anybody know of a way to get an US issued prepaid card? Thanks!
