Well good luck because they have developers and have spent more than 30 btc to create their site and brand

When someone coming forward with decent capital, we must appreciate them. Moreover I guess coinbase must have then started with lesser budget when considering 30 bitcoin's worth with current prices.
Over time any successful business will hire a team of developers and will be having more funds for further enhancements.
He's comment is not bad actually since he's asking like coinbase app and apparently they would compete tha wallet/exchange for sure since they've select that phase while there are many floating ideas are existing out there, but also since he's rewarding someone who can do the job well might better if he let the funds handle by escrow so that the choosen job maker will get his bounty after th job is done.
