The design isn't bad at all .. but it could be better to be honest , also not sure what the hell is that horse race we see once we visit the website , any explanation for that ? or it's some kind of ddos protection to check IP or whatever ?

Horse race shows up overtime you get on in case you missed the last race. ''its the recording from the last race'' there's a new race every 1 hour at the moment.
