You can find some good and reliable bounty managers that can make your bounty more credible as participants were always looking at the bounty manager as the scam icos now are wide spread. The more trusted and known manager, the more the participants.

Don't you have your own thread for the application of your bounty? I rarely see this type of campaigns that are looking for the bounty hunters, you may just leave and create a thread and wait for those applications.

You want to start a social media campaign why not do it and put a certain details for the instructions and rules? and be careful this is for those bounty hunters there, look clearly on the project and if its shady don't get any part of it.

Hiring the participants needs to be in the right format with full transparency like what the project is going to be? or some other crypto related service promotions like that.You also need to implement the right payment structure an when you are going to pat them this will give you the participants for your purpose.
