80% of the people here are scammers, you are asking for 5% and not going first... Chances are null you will find someone willing to do that for you
paypal and skrill are both reversible and high risk so it really not change anything if you use escrow or not, because if you chargeback the escrow can do nothing, or do you agree he will hold the bitcoins for 180 days so the chargeback limit is passed?
