You'll need to provide some proof as well as fill a scam accusation.
But because you do not have any trust on this forum, it only attracts scammers to try to exchange money with you, eventually not sending you BTC at all.
But please fill a scam accusation, with some proof and i'll be more than happy leave him a negative feedback.

Sorry to hear this lose but you need to prove this in order to prevent other people to get scammed by the same guy. I've sent you a PM if you may need further help lmk.
