Well OP finally sent me the site link and this is not an exchange like he told me, it looks like a ponzi site that was only created 12 days ago, so what I want to know is when did OP make an account, deposit more than 2btc, withdraw funds and reach his limit then submit documents and get verified in 10 days. from the look of things OP owns the site and he was looking for an idiot who would throw away their BTC.

OP provide more information about this, the exchange your using and from what I know there isn't a single exchange that has those limits after you have completed the KYC, like the previous guy said this looks very suspicious especially since you only posted unnecessary information and neglected the important stuff.
