Hi there, darkie here! Most VCCs actually does not works with Google for sure! I'm not even aware of the Aws one if it works or not. Some VCC's does works and i don't know how peoples makes it works....
As you mentioned that you gonna need the VCC's to create AWS account i'm writing you back.. I sell AWS accounts which includes 1 year of free trial ! All verification's are properly done so that the account does not get suspended after few days! (Keeping in mind that IF YOU EXCEED THE LIMITATIONS OF THE FREE TIER AND BEING CHARGED THEN UPON UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENT YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED! & AND AWS T.O.S also )
If you are interested, then you can buy 1 and check out as a trial (If you doubt for the account getting suspended).

AWS Authorization charge is $1. VCC cost $5.

There are working options, seen them, tried them. I'm looking specifically for Amazon not G or Bing.
Stated G cloud and Bing just in case.
If you know any working options - i'm willing to test it out.

I don't think any VCC works on AWS or Gcloud.
I have tried all most all the prepaid credit cards, and all of them gets declined.Either at the payment page or few hours after the registration.
There was one VCC which worked for almost 3 days, until I got a mail from google saying "Urgent: your billing account 011**-**361-***C has been suspended"

They suspended my project until I verify the details on the card.All the data that I had on that server wasn't accessible any more.
So, I won't suggest you to use VCC for cloud services.
