I have to disagree on that one.

Previously, I engaged a native translator to translate contents on my site, and his rates and services met my expectations. Of course the rates were discussed via PM.

You have to check the ratings if you want quality. The fella had like several hundred positives and has been on the site for years.

If you've the budget, it's a good place to start.

I think they can help if they want because such a project is good but now Telegram is getting more scammed That's why you have to point out the reality. You will find many good communal forums but most people hide their own identities But you can try and find out if anyone is interested.

Being a native speaker is all that it takes to be your community manager? does it require other requirements or it's all in? Transparency about the compensation and also if posting here doesn't work, try to post it on their different local sections.

sometimes putting more information about the project will attract candidates because we are tired of this Sh*t telegram thing that mostly scams,why not come in the open and discuss here about all details so directly the questions will be answered in public.

specially for Payments option because if this is for another shitcoins then for sure you'll get nothing here.

Yes it's good but you are doing not need to say during this thread about another thread where there are many elders and may assist you Create a telegram group and show the reliability of what you employ it for. Then you'll find people of this language who are exhausted and straightforward to manage.

You are not going to find any candidates if you don't provide the necessary information.
You have to state the name of your project the rate that you pay for the work done and in which crypto
