I can make an exchange - But not willing to act as support, I can support exchange but not customer queries and general admin.
Its a huge project so I would need some BTC upfront if im working full time, 1 month (0.5 BTC) - project will take 8 - 12+ weeks to develop correctly and secure, QA testing and user testing, I am happy with 25% equity if partnership is mutual and I am paid for my work.
