A telegram chat has been created. https://t.me/crowdhackathonsXYZchat
For operational communication. But I plan to announce the idea and task for the teams at the first crowd hackathon and discuss it here, at bitcointalk.org

Aside from bitcointalk, you can also post your search to the crypto related sub-reddits, there are also people who might have this skill that's going to take on your offer.

And might share the same goal as you. Good luck on your search.

I want to assemble a team, one by one, first the core, 5-10 people. Then the project's ambassadors in the regions and countries. It takes a very long time to do everything alone.

Now there is a chance to become one of the main members of the core for a person who only has native English and is actively interested in topics about blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and has some relevant experience, especially in productive communication with other people on these topics.

But it also varies to what type of person you need on board or what skills he needs to be good at.

I would like to find a programmer who lives in an English-speaking country, who is interested in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, who would like to develop his project, but who does not yet have a team or has a small one. I am looking for someone who would like to participate in leading or prominent roles in a project similar in scale to a bitcoin project.
Edit your first post and put this on who's you're looking for for your team.

There are indeed exemptions on this one but only into those ideas which are truly revolutionary or totally exceptional on where people would tbe the ones would be willing to engage on the project

This! This is exactly such an idea, but before you immediately throw it into the public, I would like to get at least an MVP or a prototype, so that I can then be in demand during its development. It was easier for Satoshi and his team with Bitcoin Smiley Back then, people were slowly realizing the greatness of the idea, and now they will immediately take it from you and make it themselves Smiley

That would take some time to find one but if you have something to show first about your time then visit this board.

Thank you for the link! It is confusing that there is a requirement to write only about bitcoin in this section

i mean, having ambitions are good and all, and being bold and allow yourself to take a risk is definitely required to be successful. but nobody is going to believe a random stranger on the internet with suspicious job offer with little to no incentive. especially when the project itself just offers its token with no apparent value as the salary.
There are indeed exemptions on this one but only into those ideas which are truly revolutionary or totally exceptional on where people would tbe the ones would be willing to engage on the project if they do see it to fit out or suit their interest but situations like these are really rare to happen because whenever there's some flexing about some good idea and telling that this would be successful and paying up to those possible people who would work via those tokens then it is already a big turn off.Considering on all the coins in the market today then its really hard to trust up into something.

The probability you find such kind of person is low(noting what u talking about on this thread), unless you pitch your idea, and articulate it as thoughtfully as possible, you might find a few people if they truly believe your vision. Worth mentioning is programmers tend to have heard enough of billion-dollar-idea, so you better think of about it whether they would be interested or not.

I honestly don't understand what you want to offer here? Are you looking for programmers to help develop your project or would you like to join the developers with their projects? If someone already has a project under development, how can he possibly cancel it and help with another project?

It will depend on how you would want to project it to them because I know there are pretty skilled people down there. You should know how to sell your project to someone so you will be able to gain their trust. I'm just not so sure about someone who hasn't have a team but you should try though.

Thank you for your answers!

When I wrote "Salary", I meant everything that looks like it. Rewards, Payments of different schemes. In the title of the topic "salary with tokens". This means the question of where to look for people who are ready to jump into the project (maybe it will become a startup), where their participation will be guaranteed to be rewarded with tokens, and the rest - as it turns out.
You're welcome!

With the inclusion of your startup token, it will only like a bonus for the person that you'll employ. We'll as I've said, if there's a person that shares the same interest and enthusiasm as you with this project, you can even get people that would be fine to totally work without even single penny to receive.

But it also varies to what type of person you need on board or what skills he needs to be good at.

It depends on what kind of participation that you looking for. If you need a developer, I doubt there will be anyone who got interested in the project since no one gonna work for invaluable tokens, other than that they'll do it voluntarily because of the project fundamentals. If you want to grow a community, running a bounty on here would be a good idea.

As you said, it's difficult to find such a person since nobody going to work on vague or meaningless projects.

Satoshi did it, didn't he?  Smiley
With satoshi's starting bitcoin as a project, AFAIK, there were no payments being made for those people he took to help him.

I suspect it will be difficult to find on such terms.
And were there any examples in history when someone did it?
It is difficult if there's no guaranteed salary for those you'll take on board but there's a chance that you'll get those people interested on your project and willing to help you with the little that you can give.

Bitcoin has Corrupted Enthusiasts  Smiley  I believe that not all of them.
What does this mean?

Anyway, let's be real here. Those miners support the network due to the incentive. That's why there's a reward in the first place. satoshi knows that nobody will participate for free, except for a few one who help him one way or the other like Hal. It's not a salary.

If you want to run a startup, you should never use bitcoin model. It's a different entity after all.

No one got paid from Satoshi when he launched it and they can get their rewards on their own which is called mining and later the developments were made on the blockchain by the crypto ethusiasts who wanted the decentralization not the money into their pockets.
