You need to provide much more information in order for people to help you; what do you want to bring to the table? What's your new unique idea? There are so many altcoins that have failed to make a big impact, what can your plan do that will succeed? Also, what qualifications do developers need for the project?

Could you elaborate a bit? If you need an idea, technology, AND code, why should someone partner with you instead of creating their idea for themselves only and keep 100% of the profits? What are you bringing to the table? In the OP you talked a bit about relations with many worldwide communities, could you explain further?
Exactly, what I read from your post is that
(1) you want do something big
(2) you need ideas of what are the new directions, new ways, new methods
(3) you can't do any coding, you need people come with smart ideas and implement for you.
Then the problem is, if I have (2) and (3), why not I do it myself, why I want to partner with you? what do you bring to the table?
