i have checked Godday and namecheap the are giving 1 year hosting plus domain in 12$-17$
but i am having problem , i have no paypal account and i have only bitcoins avail for purchase. i tried deposited btc in namecheap but they re not deposited and the namecheap support team is working on it.

Domain cost around $10 -$12 but usually you get it for free with 1 year pre-pay hosting. Hosting cost depends on what kind of site your gonna host. so prepare atleast $2 - $4 per month for a normal blog
