I am getting feeling that you are dealing with some service that is not offered in this forum that's why forum escrows are passing it.
Since your post mention whitehat so I am thinking whether you are aware of forum that goes by BHW (in short). I have no idea about how BHW forum works but I guess might you get more helpful replies there.

Please try write more briefly what you going deal exactly. No one will escrow if you want to trade anything which is against forum rules & community standards. Perhaps your trade likely abuse trust system and that's why no one agree to deal with it. Trusted escrow will not involved with any illegal trade. So try to clear your matter.

Can someone direct me to a middleman who will do this?
Need verification for info item: to verify a method to obtain AGC (legal, whitehat). The seller suggested that I can use a mid-man to order.
