Afaik bot only count the characters per post, people can easily do some trick to cheat the bot, like using emoticon or maybe link.

it is better to be done manually, that is why they are being paid
well I think this software is exist, but it's costs money - they develop special scripts for this case .. only beginners manually check all posts
Now everything is automated.

I'm pretty sure bounty/signature campaign managers check manually, since they also need to check the post quality of the campaign members. Though they can use scripts to be able to automatically count how many posts a person made in a week, and if it reached the minimum character requirement of 75-90 characters, something like that. bitmixer had a website that could help you count your number of postcount on the current week.

I think they are just using spreadsheet and they are manually checking it.. maybe others are using other software to monitor campaigns  but it could be paid software there is no free for it except for the tools they posted before its been a long time so i forgot the name what  is it..
But mostly they are doing everything manually checking.

Good day ! I have a question:
I would like to know if there are any secrets of bounty managers, programs or extensions that could monitor the activity of the user in facebook and twitter (check when and how many posts were created at the request of the key phrase)?
but because many require you to make weekly reports - this is not good for the user, and for the manager's bounty, it's not easy to sort everything out! Who knows what !?
