What kind of help are you looking for? Please share some of the details of the project in hand. Is it paid? How many days will it take? What job features are you looking for? What country are you from? You can help yourself by answering these questions.
There are some good teams which help projects in their tokensale process one of them is Amazix, you may find more of them if you go to Project Development board. Be aware of scammers and just incompetent people, I think some of them will contact you soon, if not yet. Ask for proofs of any previous experience

It would make things easier if you told us where you are from. It could happen that we live in the same country, which would make me unsuitable for the job, wouldn't it?
Or like others have said, just list which countries you're interested in and add if this is a paid position. If you're willing to pay, just put the offer and amount in the services section and you'll get a lot of offers.

Advisors like the usual advisors or such will act as a local community manager?
You need to head directly at their respective local section here in the forum if available as you will get more of views there that you really need one. Also include some informations about the project so that it will not lead for so much questions.
