Sell crypto shirts for ICO's, free marketing plus you get sales.
This is what's the idea on my mind that you can ask them to order t-shirts to you and will use it to reward their investors who allocated and contributed big amount of money to their ICO. Its not a bad reward for them and for sure many will buy on this idea. Profit + marketing, its a win-win situation for you and also to those ICO's who will be interested with t-shirt ideas.
This is only a way where you do only distribute your t-shirts not actually starting up on the business and it seems op wont really start up to have its own ICO just to sell out shirts. Win-win situation but isn't a guaranteed that those shirts would really get attention or popularity. Starting up on your own brand would really require first is the concept/idea of design since this thing would really matter the most in the beginning.

What you're good at? Can you design?
If you can, than that's one problem minus. There are tons of print on demand companies.
Which can help you if you are just starting.

You should find a factory that produces clothes in China and make a good deal with them. Import the goods produced. Sell for a good price, this is the easiest way Smiley

Thinking to start my own brand of clothes, from what I should start ?
Find a marketplace, there is a project called CopiCo wich will become e-commerce market place. There cryptocurrency currency users can buy or sell good. Design is also important, if you can't do it by your self then you should hire another people.

- Find good supplier,
- Create goods design
- Find place to sell your good ( I recommend to use CopiCo platform that will be launched on march because it's free for merchant.)

It is best to sell it online. So you need to start gathering the biggest email base, as you can get. And also.
FB advertising is cheap. And you can select the gender, age, interes, to target your clients directly.

So, for branding,
1st kick ass logo
 then the market research
fidn a reliable supplyer
make a possibility with ETH, NEO, XLM payment

Enjoy your profits Smiley

Whatever you end up doing, send free samples to famous people (A thru D-listers), influencers, athletes, musicians, etc. Hopefully they wear it on TV, at a show, on Instagram, and it helps your brand pop off as a result because it's now seen as "cool" by consumer-minded sheeple. Get guerrilla with your marketing...perception is everything!

Idea, the concept - these are main ones. You should see detailed concept of your brand. How-what-why-for whom and so on. Give yourself answers on these questions and you'll get the vision.

first you have intentions
second you should find info about good marketing to sell the product
third you have to create a unique logo that can impress people
fourth you have to convince the product is better than the other product
and most importantly you pray

in the end of the day what you are proposing to sell is nothing new, they are clothes which will have your brand on them.

Question: how are you going to make them different and/or make people want to buy and wear them?
Answer: with everything commercial it comes down to marketing!

and marketing is expensive, competitive and very time consuming.

List of things to consider are:

Product Design
Manufacturer
Product Photography
Pricing Structure
Graphic Design
Marketing
Target Market
Sales Outlet - Online/Physical
Payment Options - I assume Crypto will be one of them  Wink
Distribution

I have a lot of experience creating logos and designs for shirts and hats. You need a designer to do this part, then take the designs to a manufacturer and get them made. After that you sell them through a store or online.

To start the Fabrics Clothing business either in High or low level depends on you Initial Capital base aside your specialization on the field, since you must have acquired high level skill or training on the field before d ambling into such. No matter how this comes, what must be borne in your mind are the following 4Ps Business ethics. Products, people, price and place.
PRODUCTS; The kind of fabrics  you want to engage in.
PEOPLE; Do you actually want to be making clothes for young or old, men or women, or both. Make adverts on media or locally,ie pamphlets.
PRICE ; Consider the prevailing prices for such in the market as at that period, in order not to quote too high or low.
PLACE ; The place to site your company and which market is also very paramount considering your targeted or catchment customers.

Hey, this one is the best practice I can give you:
Have someone you know (someone you can observe) to be a basement for your target market, tell them or not, the result will still be the same. Depends on their state of mind.

Example:
You're going to make children's clothes, make your nephews or grandchildren if you have as the "base" for children that will wear your products.
Make the product that you think that your nephews will like, give them the samples as gifts, and do the right observations.
But for me, to children, it's better not to tell that it was for a test. It's free clothes after all.

Would like to hear more advices, thanks for all, who already posted something.
Look for partners in your area where you can get a supplier for the cloth and for the printing of your design's. Canvass or find bidders who you will be partnering for a certain period of time. Are you particular with your designs? I'll guess that your logo's are crypto's?

Get some graphic designers on board, get an advertising team, build your brand. Reach out to friends and family initially then expand

About graphic designers, I had a bit different idea, make something like "work-place" where everyone can publish his own idea for new design, everyone can dislike or like projects, and most liked projects will be accepted to new collections and designers will receiving % from every sale.

Will it be high-end or low-end? If it is low-end or mid-end, then competition will be tough. I'm not saying competition with high-end brands is not tough though.

Think it will mid-end,  on start I will think about materials and how to mix to create something nice, about price will try to set as low as it possible, but because materials won't be cheap, I think that's why it will "mid-end", and hope quality clothes for good price, will help to bit some of my competitors.

we are doing cloths export business. we can export any design of cloths with your logo for low cost. if you interest please send a private message.

Sent PM.

Staring. Rough or not the yarn used for weaving will be visible. In addition, clothing from minor brands, or illegal imported clothing (imported clothing from China, for example), does not include the fabric fibers they use. Note the fabric fibers, when shiny, probably mixed with polyester so it will feel hot when used. In addition, the better the quality of a material, the fabric will be more tightly.

There needs to be a unique business idea that is different from what your competitors are doing. If not it will just be simply taking stocks from suppliers and renting a shop to sell? How would you want to do this business? We need to know more about your thoughts before we can give good suggestions I think

In today's world, design is the key to success. Since you're just starting out, I highly doubt you'll have the funds to develop new patterning or materials for use. But in a fashion conscious world, a striking design can catch on, and sometimes become a must-have piece.

I would recommend hiring out a talented designer first, to create catchy illustrations and phrases, use high quality materials if you're going to charge a premium price, and offer some degree of customization to set yourself apart from the others, e.g. name stitching.

This market is highly saturated, so you'll need something stellar in order to stand out.

Create your sample designs and don't ever try to others work when it comes to the logo's. Are you a designer? If you are then things can be easy to experiment out your one design. Tie up also with a good cloth company or a supplier. Quality is the best and the key to success, even how beautiful your design if you have an itchy cloth it will be broadcast to the customers and can even start to put you out of business. Post your sample designs here and put some watermark if you had one already.

So, before you sketch your first rendering, ask yourself these important questions:

What identity do I want my clothing brand to project?
Who will want to wear my clothes?
What can customers get from my clothing brand that they can’t get anywhere else?
What makes my clothing unique?
What is the most important part of my customer’s experience?
Your answers to these questions (and others like them) will build the core of your brand. All of your future branding decisions should expand on these ideas.
