I can basically work on the banner you desire complying it with bitcointalk ad banner rules(HTML/CSS) but, I can read this is an open competition and hence a number of entries could be posted for the same. Working on the banner will require a whole lot of time and designing skills and I worry, if by any chance I got rejected, all of those hardwork would be left with nothing.
If I could book one slot for this work than I can start working on it ASAP. You have the rights to decline the design if you feel it complicated or off-topic or even if you don't like the designing work.
Also it would be better if you could devote the exact time allocated so that it would be better for us to understand and work accordingly.

Basically something super simple and fun to show that stake.com has sports (betting) with a nice mouse-over effect. It should be attention grabbing but not annoying
