Thank you all of you guys, don't want to quote each of you as it will be a long post but I just want to start with Adsense and see the new challenges that I will face.

@OmegaStarScream I had read many posts/articles how people were earning money until one day before payment and got banned which is a heart attack
@aziernest thanks for the sources I will check them and see if they fit my needs to start working with Adsense.
@klf, no I don't plan to open a faucet, I have seen people in micro earning section how they are not satisfied with the bot attacks.

I believe that Its all about the marketing and how good your faucet is (whether we are speaking about the coding part or the design) and how you advertise it on the forums. There are a few advertising networks that pays in BTC : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcoin-advertising-networks-1108616 and yes there are risks involved while using google AdSense indeed.
I have been in conclusion that whatever website I make without advertisement it is worthless.
In this time we live, marketing is the key to succeed and I'm researching about some efficient ways to gather as much visitor as I can.
