This is how you can add image if you have the permission
Upload your image to site like https://imgur.com/.
You can click the dropdown list on the right of the "Copy" button, then choose "Get share links", and copy the one for "BBCode(Forums)".
Use the following code in your post, your image will show:

Newbies are not allowed to perform certain activities on the forum. I would advice you read some important pinned messages in the forum before you attempt any task. But for images, you can pay a small amount and you will be allowed to post.
Newbies can't post images for the meanwhile but if you purchase Copper Membership you will be entitled or wait for your rank up.

Bottom line is, you will need to be a Copper Member before posting an image as a Brand New/Newbie (FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit).

This site (https://imgur.com) works better for me when it comes to upload an image to use it in the forum.
