If you are begging for money and actually need it, you shouldn't be promising a repayment because let's be honest if you are under such circumstances you cannot afford to pay it back.

They can get non-collateral loan if the account has value to the community. If you cant afford the fund from your nearest person/persons then you would not be able to arise the fund from here.
