I promise i never ever use youbit (truely yoshit) again.
A withdraw from yoshit is unconfirmed since over 30 hours. They dedcuted 0.0005 fees but i think they not included enough fees for this transaction. as a result my transaction is still not confimed yet.

when i'll receive this transaction?is there any way?

I tried https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ but Submissions are beyond limit

you can see in here https://blockchain.info/tx/307d918aa32e3540a6cee18d2232f860637e5a9650b9861e95cd930b0a30a079
transaction fee, sending fee use 40k satoshi, is enough to sending fee
is very long time confirmation, because sending fee use many addres, not one addres

After reading some suggestions here I think you are now enlightened on what it's going on. Right now, Bitcoin network is currently overloaded and the effect, it takes longer than usual for transfers bitcoins to confirm.

You just have to wait since no one can control that. Also this is a nice point from one of the poster above:

A higher fee would have given a faster transaction, but if everybody does that, the only result is we all pay more for waiting just as long. Fact is: Bitcoin blocks are full. Paying more is not going to change that, it only buys the paying person priority.

You have to wait man. There are a big issue about unconfirm transaction at present. More than 50000 transactions are not confirmed. It is really terrible. The best thing to do right now is to find something else to do instead of waiting for confirmation

There's no reason to blame Yobit for this. Bitcoin currently has 58,000 unconfirmed transactions, yesterday it was over 70,000.

The real problem is the hard limit on transactions per second.

If you're really in a hurry, you could try to make a "Child pays for Parent"-transaction from this address, with a much higher fee.

I think you can only wait, that tx is almost 1kb in size with a fee of 0.0004 and as shown on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ tx fee must be of 0.00025 for 226 bytes.

Yoshit had to pay a fee of about 0.001 for the tx to go almost instantly.
but why this transaction is still unconfirmed if its already sent with the miner fee? sorry i am not an expert

It depends by the miners and the Bitcoin network. If there are a lot of unconfirmed transactions, miners will usually pick up and include in blocks the transactions with higher fees. There were and still are a lot of uncofirmed ones and probably most of them have higer fees than your tx.
