Just read it below, I search for you.

https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/210353663-Why-is-my-bitcoin-address-changing-

Our wallet is built on an HD (or hierarchical deterministic) framework, which has a different method for address generation and management. Each public address your wallet generates stems from your wallet's xPub (or Extended Public Key).  Once your public address receives an incoming payment, a new address will automatically be generated and display when you click on receive.

If you use the same address each time you receive funds, it becomes easy for anyone to track your entire payment history. This method of address generation improves privacy by automatically presenting you with a new address when you’re expecting payment.
Policies conducted by the founder of the online wallet is still not acceptable to some users where they want to see the calculation of the total input and output even though addresses changed their still can see the total transactions that have been carried out.

OK but I have stake my old Btc address so is there any problem for it and what you think should I tell the admin of my signature campaign about my new btc address for future payments or its OK coz if u take a look into my profile you will see my Btc address there that I used to receive my first payment of signature campaign but know its changed
Usually a signature campaign manager doesn't care about that but if he/she does, just use 1 address as your payment address.

And tell me where can I get the private key of my stake address plz

You should read the FAQ on Blockchain.info rather than asking here

If you like to have only one stable receiving address than create one in bitaddress.org in offline environment and copy the private key to import address option inside setting imported address in your blockchain wallet. Than you will get one imported address which will be yours and also don't forget to save your private key of that address in safe place.

If you are not well known to all this things, using HD wallet address you are getting in blockchain wallet will be fine.

I created my blockchain.info account earlier when they still used standard wallet architecture and I still have my old addresses imported.
But if you are a new users then only Hierarchical Deterministic functionality is available for you.
As they recently switched to HD wallet technology and you can't create addresses on your own (not in the way you could before, at least).
But every address generated automatically by HD wallet for you is stored forever, and it is your address, so you can receive coins using it many times with no problem.

It's called HD Wallet, which always generate a new Bitcoin address every time you click the "receive" button (CMIIW).
And the addresses will not expire, you can use it anytime you want even though you already got a new address.
And it's actually more secure to use it, because it will help you to become more anonymous because your wallet is harder to track.
