I think you'll have to wait for a response from the support and either they'll either process your reload or return your BTC back, there is another Bitcoin refill service Bitrefill you can try to see if it works in your location and afaik they use bitpay instead of coinbase so they shouldn't have that round of problem the coinbase seem to be having above.

Bitmoby is better.

Bitrefill and Bitmoby charge More fees than Piiko, This site getting only 2-3%. They also have thread here, and their Support is also very fast.

Well you can say support fast maybe because of your timezone . I got reply from support after 2 hours or maybe 1

First i,ve made a top-up of 550 pkr and they asked me to pay0.0217 BTC and i,ve paid the exact amount but i recieved my top-up after 15 mins .. lol man ? wtf ? ok it may be because of confirmation whatever ..

now i made one 60pkr top-up they asked me to pay 0.0025 and i paid exactly 0.0025 with 0.0001 fees . but they keep saying this ..You sent the wrong amount! The total was 0.0025 BTC but the order address received a different amount,, then i,ve clicked try again and sent the exact amount and they said the same thing ? ? wtf

Irfan_pak10 is banned nowadays, don't know why. I will contact him about your issue on skype. Hope he will solve your issue and you will receive your recharge .

I know him but he is not picking my call too dont know why . and i dont know weather he is banned or not ..

They charge more fees then piiko. Also its slow somehow . i used that too but now i use piiko regularly.

And since it happens pretty often now, let me explain the root of the problem.
This is an issue with coinbase payment frame, they round the amount to 4 decimals for display purposes and then sometimes don't mark such payments as successful.
Check this screenshot:


Amount to pay is 0.0026, but if you hover mouse over link or QR code you can see in the browser left bottom corner real amount 0.002593, which has to be paid.

We're in talks with coinbase engineers and they promised to fix the problem. Please hold on until then.

Piiko is legit place to recharge your mobile with bitcoin

i used for 20+ transaction
also i get that problem 2-3 times
but he fixed it
he send back my BTC ( i buy with coinbase wallet and blockchain wallet )

You're not the only one with the same issue, so emails are required to keep track.

For API send an email to [email protected], unfortunately I'm not active on that forum and won't notice if you message me here.
You will be required to complete a KYC form with company information and then you get api key and access to the documentation.

Some time it happened because to take too much time to send money. Why dont you sent them a Support ticket? here:  [email protected]
or you can post here in their thread

sent money within seconds ? what do you mean then ? explain write email 1 or 2 hour ago still no reply ?

do you contact with support person regarding this issue so i think this problem occurred maybe changed in bitcoin price and that is why you are facing this problem, first of all you must ask from owner of piiko or any support person to resolve this issue and drop a support ticket for this problem [email protected] i hope this will get fixed soon.
