@op, there were some cases where some functions would work on the app but not in the web (and vice versa). Doing it on the app could be worth a shot, just make sure you're not messing with the fakes.

Your account is restricted on Coinbase because they did not fully support your country. it is very possible that the same thing is with Blockchain.com
I don't think so, had there been country restrictions (in buy crypto), op wouldn't be able to get their account verified and eventually buy BTCs.

What exactly are you trying to do? To withdraw USD on your credit card/bank account or just to withdraw Bitcoins from there?

They're trying to move their bitcoins to an address that they own.

I got problem again. Message for 7 day withdrawal disappeared but now I can't do nothing, I can't click button also when I go to withdraw money it says no payment methods available. Tickets I send are marked as solved but there is no respose on my messages in them.

SS 1: https://prnt.sc/ua8w82
SS 2: https://prnt.sc/ua8wme
SS 3: https://prnt.sc/ua8wme
SS 4: https://prnt.sc/ua8x72

What exactly are you trying to do?
To withdraw USD on your credit card/bank account or just to withdraw Bitcoins from there? as far as I can see, you still haven't registered any fiat payment options.

I did tried coinbase, verified myself but it didn't give me to add payment methods. Once i click it it would say "You can't add payment methods while account is restcted", I waited and after 2 days I recived email and it said I am missing payment method, i tried again and it said the same, so I gave up.

This sounds really weird.
Did you receive any email regarding your ticket? Maybe in your spam folder?

I'd definitely try to open another ticket. How exactly did you describe the problem?
Maybe they didn't understand you?

SS 2 and SS 3 are the same.

You don't need to go to "Buy/Sell Crypto" to move it to your default "My Bitcoin Wallet".
Refer to 'SS 1', the "send" window, just fill the "amount" in BTC to be exact (bec. fiat equivalent changes fast) then hit "continue".

If it suggested to use "max" and you can't continue, then click it.

From images 1 and 2 I can see that you have 50 usd balance, but you cannot transfer.
Is there a way to customize fee? Try the minimum as possible. If you are using priority transaction, it might be consuming all your balance to transfer.

I look at blockchain.com support page and I found that:

https://exchange-support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030874732-How-can-I-transfer-funds-between-my-wallet-and-Blockchain-Exchange-
Quote
Login to Blockchain Exchange
Open the Balances sidebar on the right.
Select “Withdraw” and choose the appropriate currency.
Select “My Blockchain Wallet” in the Destination Address field. This will pre-fill the address we received from your Wallet when you linked to Blockchain Exchange.
Enter the amount and hit Send.

Are you using Withdraw method? Is there a button like that in the exchange.blockchain.com website?

Sorry i have never used this service so I don't know the interface very well.

Take a look at this post, this is probably the same situation as yours

Now I can see a message saying: Your BTC will be available to be withdrawn within 7 days.
I feel scammed...all times before it was instant so when I know this, I would never use this service. Will close my account when funds released..
And guess what about support and my ticket... 30 hours with no reply!

Insane how bad their services are, i guess its mostly my fault because i didn't check out forums before buying BTC, I did try from send option to transfer from BTC Trading Wallet to My BTC Wallet but didn't happend, then I tried from my phone and it said something like they will tell me when my funds get on my wallet. Now i checked support tickets, nothing but on site it said my BTC will be available to be withdrawn within 7 days. So as you guys said I can only wait for now and pray that BTC will not drop to much. Also I wanna thank all of you who participated in this discussion and informed me. So big thanks from me guys, it's nice to know there is other people that can and will help. <3

The best thing for you is to move everything from blockchain.com asap and then just use good exchanges, like coinbase/binance/bitstamp and buy a hardware wallet (such as ledger or trezor)

Hi guys I recently bought a bitcoin and I used Blokchain.com platform. Unfortunately btc I bought ended up in BTC Trading Wallet instead of My BTC Wallet, and it sits there like 4 days. Am desparet, every help is welcome. Thanks in advance!

But first, did you even try to transfer it to your main web wallet? As long as the amount is still within your account, you don't have to worry that it's already a loss. You just have to extend your patience and check everyday if you can now able to transfer it.

Just weird since it should be instant and no need for this 7 days period thing.

Charge to experience. Brace yourself for several problems you will encounter in the future.

I did send ticket that I posed at monday night and still no repose, does that mean they should eventualy respond to me? Thanks a lot man, and also do you recommend any other online bitcoin provider, and what do you say about paxful?

Tickets sometimes being responded over a week so you really have nothing to do but wait.

Do you have any reputable local exchangers there? Check them first as it's way more convenient to buy crypto to them (disregarding fees) then just transfer it to your preferred trading platform or stored it on a "best wallet*" if your purpose is to hold.

So like what the other guy, you may be able to transfer your fund from trading wallet to bitcoin wallet after 7 days. So just wait and serve this as a lesson and don't even think to get back your blockchain account once you transfer your fund to other secured wallet. They are sh*t ever since, buggy wallet, slow support even before the pandemic, too many issues experienced its users and many to come,.
There are no other options but to wait up for that 7 days if he wont still get any reply or response from the support. This community knows already about how shitty blockchain.com turned into.

Ive long time turned my back into this platform but actually it isnt surprising that most noobs do really start up on knowing this place first among any other else but when they do

able to experience about their shitty service then they will surely leave and never look back.

To pay/trade with them I have to send them to my „normal“ Wallet. Normally this needs an hour but it‘s more than a day now and really need to work with them. Can smb help me please?

Have you already tried to send it to your other wallets in the list like "My Bitcoin Wallet"?
If you didn't, then use the "Send" window and select "BTC Trading Wallet" in the drop down menu under "From";
Select "My Bitcoin Wallet" under "To", fill the other details and click "Continue", then finish the last few steps/clicks.

That will enable you to send to external Bitcoin addresses.

As far as I can tell from other posts, you have to move the funds from your trading wallet to withdraw it. However, even doing that has its own problems. Making noises on their social media is the only one who could probably help you if you still can't do it.

Maybe use local exchange next time as mentioned above, there are plenty of exchanges which support IBAN so you can buy it with fiat (KYC required of course). Or do P2P trades with trusted users here, most of the time they're fine with escrow so the risk should be lower.

About email of blockchain i googled to find and I did, but when i sent email it turned out it was support mail from Blockchain.io i guess European version where I am from. But they say I can contact them only from sending ticket. I guess u fucked up, I shoul've test it out at frist place, deposit like 5$ not 50. But look like I am learning on harder way... I'll try posting another ticket. I though they are not responding because I set my country so its language, but second one I created was market as UK so IDK...

It's worrying especially when you don't expect such but I suggest you write another ticket. If you know their support email, you can reach out to them through that as well.
About wallet, I used Trust wallet and if your country supports Luno Local exchange, you can use that, very basic, easy and effective for newbie.

Unfortunately you can't do anything until they respond to you or fix it for you.

For the future, you might be better off using a proper wallet (e.g. wasabi or electrum) and a trusted exchange (e.g. kraken, binance, coinbase,.. depending on your country of residence).

Blockchain.com is known to be buggy. And web wallets generally are the least secure way of storing your coins.

There appear to be a number of other users in the last few days who have bitcoin stuck in their Trading Wallet and are unable to withdraw it to their BTC Wallet. See this thread for example: blockchain.com - unable to send bought bitcoins via credit card.

In the short term, the only solution is to contact blockchain.com's support. Since the Trading Wallet is completely custodial and they control the private keys, there is nothing anyone here can do to help.

In the long term, the permanent solution is to stop using blockchain.com altogether. They are a terrible company with awful customer service, security flaws, no SegWit support, and a variety of other issues.

But is it still with blockchain.com? Just take it up with their support if it is and ask them how to move it I think it'll be a simple transfer function but most don't use their website and I'd recommend you getting a hardware wallet (like trezor or ledger) or at least moving it to bitcoin core or electrum (following the backup safety steps).
