I also attempted to use 'send sms code' for withdrawal, and have not received any codes.
It seems withdrawal is broken for people with sms enabled.
No response from '[email protected]' so far.
Also attempted to call +86 4000 600 800, which says line is busy. Will try again later.
the QQ app seems to not have english option.

Hey everyone,
As the title says, the sms code wont send and I've been trying to reach costumer support for almost a week. I've tried skype and email as I can't speak or write chinese.
What can I do ? Anyone here has a solution or had already experienced the same issue ?
