If the sending address does not belong you (i.e. you don't have access to the private key, which you don't have if the address belongs to an exchange), the only thing you could do is a CPFP (Child pays for parent).
This means you spend the unconfirmed inputs in a transaction with a fee high enough to pay for both transactions.
The problem with Paxful's delayed "queued" transaction is, it didn't sent a transaction yet so he can't use CPFP.
That's probably because they batch the users' withdrawals and OP was just first in the line for the next batch.

@lijinta Expect their support's reply within 3 days saying: "your transaction's now proceededWink

For the future:

If the sending address does not belong you (i.e. you don't have access to the private key, which you don't have if the address belongs to an exchange), the only thing you could do is a CPFP (Child pays for parent).
This means you spend the unconfirmed inputs in a transaction with a fee high enough to pay for both transactions.

But if you aren't in a hurry, the best thing is to wait.

You can always check the current mempool on http://core.jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#0,24h.

As you can see, the mempool got quite congested within the last 24 hours, which means that transactions either 1) will take longer to confirm or 2) are more costly because a higher fee needs to be paid.

I can see that the received address has received the amount few hours ago.
Transaction ID: 4083dad4911099181d9ed7425d057abc4a6ee2c8a932dc37f70e8eec210da97b
The problem should be solved now.
The delay was caused by the fee set for the transaction which is 18 satoshi per byte.

My suggestion for you if you are withdrawing from Paxful or using it as your main wallet (not recommended) is to always send to another address which you have full control. I mean by "Full control" is that you own its private key. So if similar case occurs, you can use the option Child Pay For Parents [CPFP] available in major bitcoin clients. This option allows you to send unconfirmed amount in your balance.

This address is not yours. It's the receiving address given to you by Paxful to make deposits or receive paiements into your account balance.

Hi Members,

I made a  0.01073077 BTC  transfer from Paxful wallet to another address : 18yBcUXAH4721tJV5Md8C6H16WgCMWFxni on 29th June. Unfortunately, the system is showing that my BTC is queued to send out ,although 24 hrs have passed since the transfer.

I can see that the transaction has been processed on the address above 5 hours ago. Hope your issue is resolved because funds are already withdrawn from the above address.

Just a friendly note that the transactions will not be processed from the deposit address that Paxful or any other centralized exchange shows you. It will rather be processed from the hot wallet which exchange usually uses to process all the pending withdrawals at any particular point of time.

There's nothing else you can do but to wait for their response or wait for it to proceed.
because Paxful is a custodial service, they are the only one who can control your funds.

The problem is: their support usually replies around 1-3days - Google search.

I have been trying to contact the support team from yesterday through all channels, but to fail. They are yet to provide me a response on this issue.

I'm kindly requesting the professional advice of members to help me sort out this issue and recover my BTC.

Regards
