Firstly, you have to understand that the inputs have to be confirmed before you the transaction can be confirmed. It is pointless for you to spend it unless you know the initial transaction can get confirmed soon.
Anyways, back to explaning. You have to know which address you are spending from. Go to coinb.in/#newTransaction, input all relevant information (origin address, destination address etc). A reminder that the transaction fee is your total inputs amount minus the output amount. Once the raw transaction is generated, copy it and go to Bitcoin Core and go to Help>Debug Window>Console and input this: signrawtransaction (Paste everything here). Replacing the rawtx accordingly.
