The chances to recover your coins are small since those exchanges probably no longer exist. I hope you can learn from this and store your assets on your own wallet if you plan to hold for long term.
Op didn't said his coin is lost in an exchange, he is only stating to know exactly what's happening on those old coin trading on those old exchange, along the way, those old exchange was hacked like cryptopia, coinexchange, etherdelta, forkdelta, all of these collapse along the way.
If you want to know the surviving ones you can quickly look at the first 10 coins on the coinmarketcap, check if the coin you bought is there an do a thorough research if they are still doing well in the space.

But i dont know what exchanges in 2014 existed.

If you can't see any exchanges from your email then try this one below as an alternative from jrrsparkles posted above

Sort them to the oldest one to find the exchanges that still exist at that time. After that try to log in to any exchanges before 2014 if you can't remember the password just try to use the forgot button and put the email that you used before. Let's hope that you can find the right exchange after you receive the recovery password.

Hi,

thanks for replys.

I had Dogecoin and Litecoin.

I think i changed them 2014. Or sold.

Dont know.

Know i want to search at the exchanges what is happend with the coins.

But i dont know what exchanges in 2014 existed.

Thanks

So you forgot which exchange to store your coins on?
If you remember and still have access to the emails you used to register with exchanges at that time, you can check the inboxes that came from exchanges that you may have used to store your assets. The bad news is that some exchanges that were founded before 2017 have collapsed.

If you post the names of these coins maybe someone can help you out more. Besides the links posted by the above members should be a good first choice to start your search. If the coins are not found on the data aggregator sites then chances are that the project died out and there was not market to cater too or got delisted.

As far as I remember, majority of coins in 2013 - 2014 were mineable coins that were starting to gain popularity as bitcoin mining was becoming more negative ROI predominant. Most of those coins still exist but the market is not that good to even start mining them.

Just search the coin and go to the market tab you will see all listed exchanges for that coin.

Or at some point, the OP can't find those coins on those coin checker websites (CMC and Coingecko), then probably that coin was delisted a long time ago or been inactive in development for years. In that case, deep research via OP's preferred search engine is necessary.

OP, sort your problem out by not looking on the active exchanges in 2014 but rather search directly on that specific coin.

I have dozens of coins on old hardware wallets or USB sticks where the blockchain is dead for a long time and they aren't even to be found on coinmarketcap anymore. If they are not on coinmarketcap, there is basically no chance you will find it anywhere else. Even if you do there won't be any market for them.
