I have been having trouble trying to find good info on how to install the driver for my Linksys Wireless-G usb network adaptor WUSB54GS. I think it is a version 1 because it has no version underneath.

I Know this is a old adaptor but I think it would do better than the crap maplin one I have, It drops connection everyday or so, sometimes multiple and I want to use a solid device.

I've used lsusb and some other command to see that my linksys adaptor is recognised and I have tried some driver installs that have failed to make it work ( I cant remember the name of which it was but I think its the same name as the one it peon uses now for its normal wifi driver).

Any help or guide on how to get it working would be great or anyone else having experience in getting one of these working would be great.

Download and copy it to /lib/modules/3.2.27+/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ and reboot.
After that, setup your wireless network

Does that help?
