BSC and CMC are binance team sites and mostly their recommends is to have enough liquidity and paying them listing fees.
Coin Gecko is better in terms of listing they ask for some technical requirements that if they are not in your currency, they will not be listed.
i made a small search and found that:
small exchanges: asking from $4,000 to $29,000 for listing projects.
medium-sized exchange: from $30,000 to $250,000.
largest trading volumes: from $.5 to $2.5 million for a token listing.

Are there any videos, google sheet examples, good APIs, etc. To help get listed in these three? BSC Scan has not updated my logo, so I feel like I’m doing something wrong, but I’m filling everything out. No one seems to message back you were rejected, and they don’t respond..
AFAIK there are certain criteria to get listed on coin gecko and CMC but listing on BSC scan isn't really bad as long as you have some smart contract developer whom knows how things works. If you are solo in your project then you are just aiming to create and make your ideas happen, then I guess you should spend time studying first than rushing your project to be listed without even considering tons of factors like audits and security.
Just follow their rules and also their requirements when it comes to listing your cryptocurrency as this is the only way that these websites will handle you, I believe patience is of the essence here as it will take time for them chances are they are screening thousands of requests as people can easily create tokens of their own. Also avoid contacting them in other means as it might just hinder your progress, for example CMC explicitly tells the users to don't attempt on contacting them outside of their submission form as you will just be redirected back to it.

I'm not sure about the first two but in regards to CMC, they do have a dedicated page [listing criteria] for that and I'd suggest reading sections A to E and see if you haven't done something in the right way.Note: I've seen multiple users in the past that they've claimed they could help with listings on those platforms but AFAICR, all of them turned out to be scammers fishing for some money.
Thanks for the kind reply. I understand, just sucks because you want to prove that your not a rugpull to the community… I’ll just wait with fingers crossed. 
There's not much you can do. Keep in mind that they're plagued with requests, probably a thousand every day, and they need to filter it before they can sort out yours. Just be patient and wait, maybe a few weeks or so before you send another request.
One of the projects that I've been following since years ago is still not properly updated on those aggregators' websites. So you're definitely not the only one who got this problem.
