Guys My GIGABYTE GA-H110-D3A With 6X GTX1080 it's show 5GPU only when I boots in windows
The only slot PCIE 4 its does not detect any of it no Matter I use 2 GPU or more . This slot does not detect it I had change riser and even another same board but it's just can't detect. Need help guys and solution

Have you enabled mining mode in BIOS's peripherals already? and make sure your psu has enough power to supply all the cards and another mining components. Also, don't forget connecting 2 molex pcie power connector into motherboard 4pin aux power (you should read the Manual)

Have you tried updating the motherboards BIOS?
