Quickseller Solved My Issue. And I realized that The Bitcoin Fee need to Match the Miner Bytes According to That The Bitcoin Transactions Will be Confirmed. If the Bitcoin Transaction fee is Greater than or Equal then the Confirmation will be quick in 10 to 30 Minutes. If low contact to QuickSeller.

You have a few options here. You can wait and hope it confirms, wait for the transaction to be "forgotten" by the network, attempt a double spending transaction that pays a higher fee, or ask a miner to confirm it for you.

Yes i tried Viabtc accelerator and after i submit my TX it is saying "Acceleration failed"
