Most of those you have specified are tokens that cannot be mined. PoS rather than PoW.

As most of the tokens that you specified are on the Ethereum Blockchain I would suggest you're best off mining Ethereum and trading the Ethereum off for the other tokens that you would like using an token exchange.

In order to get help in full, you must specifically ask questions. Do you have any GPU? What kind of coin you want to mine. The answers to these questions much depends. If you have no experience then I recommend you to visit the Nice Hash page. This is a very handy pool for beginners. After installing their software, mining will start automatically. But you'll have other questions.

If you do a quick research in this Mining (Altcoins) Section, you could find the answers.
I'm not sure which coin you are going to mine, but I could list here some miners which are legit and the best for you (You need to read the miner's descriptions and instructions):

Actually there're some other miners, the above 3 miners just are the most popular, I think.
