First of all, you should know that the Trust wallet is a multichain wallet (there are ERC20/ETH, BSC/BEP20/BEP2, DOT, MATIC/POLYGON Etc inside). Unlike metamask where you need to set up the network, Trust Wallet is more user-friendly. You just need to choose the chain that you want and voila you'll get the address.

1. Before transferring the balance to Trustwallet, you should know first the chain destination. If you want to send tokens based on BSC, then make sure the address in your Trustwallet is the one based on BSC too (remember BSC has BEP20 and BEP2)
2.  As far as I know, the cheapest way to transfer the balance to Trustwallet is by using BSC or MATIC network
3. I think you still need to swap your USDT or BTC balance to those tokens/coins (which means you need to use DEX like Pancakes or Uniswap)
4. Fees depend on the network itself, it's not fixed. For BSC/BEP20/BEP2 and MATIC/POLYGON, I think you can go with $1 or $2 for fees.
5. Which is safer? I truly can't say anything about that cause seriously nothing that's really safe in the crypto world.

(4) depends on what blockchain you are on, BSC will cost much less than ethereum.

Pancake is on bsc, cost will be less, uniswap is on ethereum, cost will be more.

Yes try with small amount, if it's not able to cover fees, app will give you error. Transaction fees flunctuate.

1. How to transfer the balance to Trustwallet. I have an exchange account with Binance and Kucoin
If you are going to transfer from Binance to TrustWallet, you can watch this tutorial video, it is a very clear and easy tutorial:
https://youtu.be/Hjk04Szr7lk
And here are the tutorial to do withdrawal from Binance to other wallets (TruStWallet, other exchanges, or other wallets generally)
https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/how-to-withdraw

And here are the tutorial to transfer from Kucoin to TrustWallet:
https://youtu.be/P0jM40h44Ok
Ensure that you use a similar network (BEP2, BSC, ERC20, and others), if the network is different, your funds will be probably lost or will not arrive at your wallet.

2. Which is the cheapest way to transfer the balance to Trustwallet.....USDT, BTC or any other way and through which blockchain like ERC20, etc....which?
Commonly, the ERC20, ETH, USDT, or Bitcoin will have higher fees.
If you are from Binance, you can use the BSC network for every coin that is possible to use BSC Network. Or you can also choose the BNB coin.
But, for clearer information, you can check the withdrawal fees on Binance here:
https://www.binance.com/en/fee/cryptoFee

And for withdrawal fees from Kucoin can be seen here:
https://www.kucoin.com/news/en-fee

3. After adding USDT or BTC balance in Trustwallet, can I transfer USDT to ETH or SOL inside Trustwallet without the help of Pancake or Uniswap?
I am quite confused with this, do you mean converting to SOL?
But at least, TrustWallet now supports Sol. You can check the information here:
https://community.trustwallet.com/t/trust-wallet-now-supports-solana-sol/20361

4. What are the transaction charges for transferring balance >> to and fro Trustwallet - >>
You can check the details on their website here:
https://community.trustwallet.com/t/blockchains-that-require-network-fees/117
https://community.trustwallet.com/t/cryptocurrency-network-fees/1342

5. Which is more safer Trsutwallet or Binance Chain wallet?

Seedphrase mean the 12 words phrase...right?
Correct.

Does trustwallet seedphrase works on Metamask also?
Yep, pretty much major wallets are using the common industry standard of the seed phrase generation. So, the generated seed phrase can be used on various wallets, especially Metamask, and also Binance Wallet.

Just make sure you didn't give your seed phrase to anyone or any suspicious app/wallet.

Oh......Will I get my USDT back in KuCoin? or, I lossed it?
As long as you have the seed phrase from Trust Wallet, you are good to go. After you imported your seed phrase into Metamask and set up the KCC chain on it. You should have your USDT listed there. Do note that if you want to transfer USDT back to the Kucoin exchange, you need to have KCS(KuCoin Token) since I think it needs a gas fee.

So make sure you already see your USDT first on Metamask, and then I believe you can proceed to withdraw KCS to your Metamask wallet. It is required to transfer back the USDT back to Kucoin exchange.

Is there any beginner-friendly way to trade on Pancake/Uniswap without walltet?   Through Binance or KuCoin? I want to invest in some coin which are available only on Pancake and UniSwap
Unfortunately, there is no way to trade on those platforms without Wallet. If you want a low tx fee, it's better to use Pancake Swap. Please note, Pancake Swap only support the BSC network, so you need to do everything within that chain.

Also, please be wary when you move your coin into exchanges or any wallet that you didn't control, you gonna have a hard time or lossing your fund if you send it with the wrong network.

Okay understood a lot. Last question, Seedphrase mean the 12 words phrase...right? Does trustwallet seedphrase works on Metamask also?

Oh......Will I get my USDT back in KuCoin? or, I lossed it?
As already stated above, your tokens won't appear in kucoin, but it's possible to recover them.
As your tokens have been transferred to an address which you have full control over that, you should be able to import your seed phrase into a wallet supporting KCC chain and access your tokens.
Follow the guide shared by vv181.

Your USDT won't ever show up on your Trust Wallet since it does not support the KCC chain. I believe one of the few solutions you have is to import your Trust Wallet seed phrase into Metamask, and then manually add KCC chain on it.

Refer to What is Kucoin community chain(KCC)? How to set up KCC on Metamask? article.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
I made some mistake. I transferred  to TRUSTWALLER - USDT - from Kucoin- While selecting network i selected KCC and now, my amount deducted from Kucoin but didn't received in TRUST WALLET  Embarrassed
It looks like you will learn a lot from your simple mistakes. LOL

Ok, if you send usdt to an address that starts with 0x..., you don't have to worry, basically you don't lose your funds. It's just that as I explained in point 3 (on my post above), the trust wallet failed to display the balance because the wallet did not support the KCC network. To recover it, simply import your address (which contains USDT-KCC) to Metamask wallet by using Seed Phrase truswallet to access metamask with "import using secret recovery phrase" method. Don't forget to add KCC network in your Metamask.

By the way, what device are you using?

5. Which is more safer Trsutwallet or Binance Chain wallet?
As far as I know, Binance Chain Wallet is a browser extension, while Trustwallet is a mobile wallet. In the former case, your private keys are stored locally in your browser, which means if your computer is infected, they can easily be retrieved by a hacker. Although the private key storage is encrypted (protected by a password), if the password is not strong enough, a hacker can attempt to bruteforce it. In the case of mobile wallets, it is much harder for a hacker to access your private keys because they are stored inside a secure element. However, once you have unlocked your mobile wallet, your keys become available for a hacker. I would say, neither browser extension wallets nor mobile wallets are secure enough when compared to hardware wallets. If you are operating with considerable amounts of money, it is advisable to obtain a reliable hardware device.

I made some mistake. I transferred  to TRUSTWALLET - USDT - from Kucoin- While selecting network i selected KCC and now, my amount deducted from Kucoin but didn't received in TRUST WALLET  Embarrassed Its been more than an hour yet not received. DOes it takes this much time?

1. Here the articles how to withdraw : Binance - Kucoin
2. Before you withdraw it, you will see a preview of the withdrawal fee as follow (see the "transaction fee" description at the bottom-right).

You can check one by one which one you think is the cheapest (someone's view of "cheap" may vary depending on needs) by changing the crypto you want and each available network.
3. Trustwallet only supports certain coins and tokens based on ERC20, BEP2, BEP20, and Polygon. Just check on the DEX tab, if your cryptos are listed there then you can swap them in your wallet directly
4. Actually you can know the actual sending transaction fees from trustwallet because it relates directly to the network rather than transactions from centralized exchanges which only estimate fees which tend to be fixed. The fees between the ETH network and BSC is certainly cheaper BSC
5. I max trustwallet and also don't know about Binance chain wallet. So I think trustwallet is safer.

1. How to transfer the balance to Trustwallet. I have an exchange account with Binance and Kucoin
Just use withdraw function. You can use bep2 or bep20 and even erc20 to withdraw your funds from those exchange and transfer to trustwallet.

2. Which is the cheapest way to transfer the balance to Trustwallet.....USDT, BTC or any other way and through which blockchain like ERC20, etc....which?
I think for now used the bep20 cause its more cheaper than eth network chain.

3. After adding USDT or BTC balance in Trustwallet, can I transfer USDT to ETH or SOL inside Trustwallet without the help of Pancake or Uniswap?
Im not sure if sol is supported on trustwallet but you can transfer your usdt to eth directly since they also have swap feature. But better use uniswap or pancakeswap for swapping.

5. Which is more safer Trsutwallet or Binance Chain wallet?
What's binance chain wallet? Trustwallet owned by Binance, so technically its safe.
