odolvlobo ..yes i use my laptop for mining... i do not have funds to invest on extra hardware.. if anyone can let me know if i can make some money with existing resource and then i can invest on better hardware...

if you try to mine on a laptop then you might as well get a hammer and smash the laptop. it will have the same result as mining and be alot faster.
if you want to mine on something for fun buy a usb block erupter.

I´m newbie too but I did mine with pooler-cpuminer-2.3.2-win64  and one miner´s pool data..

Hello all, new to bitcoins and mining... i downloaded guiminer and tried using it( i use windows laptop) i always get an error saying nothing to mine, am i doing everything correct? can anyone help me with better software to mine? windows based? or other ways to mine... plz help...
