You won the dispute yet you are still negative? Paypal did not return the funds?
I won the dipute and case was closed but now buyer appeal the case and won. That's why I've negative balance. any experinced paypal user please reply what I can do now.

Don't use paypal ever again. I stop using paypal 4 years ago. They can hold your money anytime they want. My account was limited and ask my documents. I provide the documents but they still limited my account and hold the money for many months.
I need advice. anyone?
